  • Performance of a contract to provide Fieldmark services.

4. Third-party processors

We use trusted processors to deliver the service:

  • Clerk for authentication and account identity management.
  • Stripe for billing, subscriptions, and payment processing.
  • Microsoft Azure (UK South) for hosting and storage services.
  • Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, edge hosting of this landing page, and email routing.

5. Data location and sovereignty

All UK organisation data in Fieldmark is stored in Microsoft Azure UK South. This includes hosted application data and storage used for UK customer organisations.

6. Retention periods

We retain account and project data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, contractual, and audit requirements. Data may be deleted earlier when requested and where no legal retention requirement applies.

7. Your data rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • Access to personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion of personal data (where legally permissible).
  • Data portability for data you provided to us.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Fieldmark uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and core platform functionality. We may also use limited analytics or telemetry mechanisms to improve product reliability and user experience.
