Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fieldmark, operated by Lion Rose Environmental Services Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Fieldmark is a software platform for environmental and geospatial workflows, including media ingestion, AI-assisted detections, mapping, and report drafting tools.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, controlling access to your organisation workspace, and keeping login credentials secure. You must use Fieldmark in compliance with applicable laws and professional obligations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Attempting to bypass security, access controls, or tenant boundaries.
  • Uploading malicious code, harmful content, or data you do not have rights to process.
  • Using the platform in a way that disrupts service availability for other users.

4. Intellectual property and data ownership

You retain ownership of the data and files you upload to Fieldmark. By using the service, you grant Fieldmark a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the platform functionality you request.

5. AI-assisted outputs and professional review

AI-generated detections, summaries, and report content are provided as draft outputs only. They are not a substitute for professional judgment.

You must ensure human professional review and approval before relying on AI-generated content for regulatory, planning, or compliance submissions.

6. Subscription and billing

Paid subscriptions and related billing are managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise charges according to your selected plan and any applicable overage terms presented at checkout or in your billing portal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldmark is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Lion Rose Environmental Services Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or to protect platform security. You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
